  • Bryan Strength-Conditioning: Jim Bryan offers realistic, no-nonsense training advice for seniors.

  • ExRx Online:  Every imaginable workout program along with excellent demonstrations of every exercise you can think of. .
  • Fitness, Health & Weight Training HEADLINE NEWS from around the world. A search engine pulls out items from everywhere. However, sometimes goofy stories appear that have little or nothing to do with training. It's a grab bag but can be fun.

  • kenchi's Senior Fitness & Bodybuilding: Sensible views on exercise and nutrition for anyone, but especially those of us at about 50 and beyond.
